Initially, we take our time to get to know You! Find out our goals, lifestyle, health concerns and commitments.
  • Together we then go through the facts and what you need to do. It’s not easy but you won’t be alone and you will succeed.
  • You will then start our 6 Week RESET Programme going through the basics of health & fitness step by step. You will be taught in small manageable chunks, nutrition, fitness and wellness. 
  • This in conjunction with a 1MOREREP Membership will be a journey that you will not want to end.

Do you prefer your privacy while working out? Maybe you want to mix in-person and online workouts. Online training now offers Bootcamp, HIIT, Yoga, Kettlebell training, pilates, bounce and resistance training and deep stretching.
